"Where are we going?" Katasu said. "To the Magic Store, you've probably been here, because we're residents." Kazai said. "Hmmm, what should I call you, Kazani? Well, hmmm, I own the most popular magic store in Naiko! There's even a delivery app here, so it sends you the best magic appiances to anywhere in less than a minute! Kano didn't invite me here for no reason~" Katasu said, while looking at Kazai's name plate. "Oh, no wonder why your name seems famillar. Also, my name's Kazai Mizuganai, you can call me Kazani if you want, I don't care! That name seems cute though. Are you a girl?" Kazai said, while patting Katasu. Katasu slightly blushes. "I said that Katasu doesn't have a gender, Kazai... How stupid are you?" Kano said. "Oh. Well, what powers do you have, Katasu?" Kazai said, ignoring Kano's insult.. "I have the power of, uhhh, I don't have one yet, but I can fend off some bad guys by myself! Hahaha!!!" Katasu said. "I'll give myself some powers, they're currently in stock, so I'm just paying my own money to give myself." Katasu said as Katasu orders some kind of ability. "It's here! The delivery comes by portals! It's a random regular power potion!" Katasu said, as she drinks the random regular power potion. "Nyaaa!!!! It tastes like mercury!!!" Katasu said this as she fainted. Sai was looking at Katasu, while being scared and worried about what happened to Katasu. Katasu then wakes up. "Well, that was weird... Let me control my magic! I'm excited!" Katasu said. Haku said "This funny cat person does change emotions magically fa-" "I HECKIN' TOLD YOU I'M THE CUTEST CAT PERSON! AND YOU ALSO BOUGHT MY MAGIC A MULTIPLE TIMES, GODDAMNIT HAKU! YOU OWE ME FIVE THOUSAND YEN!!! PAY IT NOW, NYA!" Katasu said crazily. "I'm sorry, I forgot about that, I'll pay right now, 'cute'-looking cat person!" Haku said, and hands 5 thousand yen to Katasu, while Haku was acting to be childish to Katasu. "How much did that potion cost, Katasu?" Satora said from the driver seat. "100 million yen. It also takes a magic license to buy it." Katasu said. "What's a magic license?" Luka said. "Hmmm, a magic license? It doesn't really exist, I was joking! And also, what's your name here, some girl with cool scarf?" Katasu said. "Luka Naikono!" Luka said. "What a great name, Luka!" Katasu said. "So, what exactly is a regular power, Katasu?" Luka said. "A regular power is... let me see..." Katasu opens a book, simply named "Magic for Beginners". "Let's see, a regular power is one of the two types of powers, which regular powers are mainly non-elemental powers, for example Time, Space, Transformation, Divine Manipulation and speed. Yeah, that. I haven't got to control my powers yet, can you throw a ball at me, Sai?" Katasu said, then Sai got scared, because Katasu suddenly talked to him. "Ok...." Sai said, then threw a ball at Katasu. The ball bumped into Katasu's head. "OW!! THAT HURT!" Katasu screamed. Haku said "Well, I really guess the fun-" "HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID THIS HAKU!!!!????  I'M NOT A FUNNY PERSON! MEOW!" Katasu shouted at Haku. "Well, I really guess the world's 'cutest cat person' doesn't know to control their powers..." Haku said, then whispered "Katasuri's really sensitive about people calling him funny..." to himself. "HEY! DID I GET A POWER, MEOW?" Katasu shouted angrily. "Katasu, the potion you bought was mercury. You misclicked, and the regular power potion is actually out of stock, don't worry, I can remove the mercury from your body." Haku said this as he removed the mercury from Katasu's body by healing them.. "Well, Satora, where exactly are we going?" Kazai said to Satora. "We're going to, let me see, Utoko. We could find some criminals here." Satora said, while reading at the sticky note. "How did you know that there are criminals in Utoko? And what exactly is Natoruyo?" Kazai was curious. "Natoruyo is a medium sized neighborhood. I was told to go here and inspect the town. I work as a detective here in the International Justice Department, cool, right?" Satora said. Kazai replied "Hmmm, interes-" Luka interrupted Kazai's reply, by saying "THAT'S REALLY COOL! Let's go there now, are we there yet?" "Nope, GPS says 4 hours till we get there. It's not that urgent, though." Kano said, while looking at his phone.

[Notice] Discontinutation of Monochrome Blankness ('s current storyline)

I'm really sorry, everyone, if there is even anyone who reads my stuff. I wish to discontinue this novel project of mine due to a lot of reasons. Some of those reasons include me wishing to pursue further knowledge on game development, and to improve on my writing. I felt like the pacing of the chapters was way too fast, and the storywriting's quality is poor, which resulted in me being in an art block.  I also want to spend my time doing what I love, and maybe I'll come back to love writing again. It's up to your own interpretation on how the story ends, and I'll continue writing Side Stories or Extra Chapters here and then. Well, just so you know, Ambroise and Kazai are alive and well! From now on, I will be adding date and time to the chapters I write. It's gonna be a different story, yet I'll continue it in the universe that I built with love and care.

Chapter 1: The Beginning

[10:34 PM July 8, 2026, Kazai's house] While everyone was sleeping, Satora was looking outside the window at Kazai's house while sipping some tea. There was suddenly a thunderstorm, and the thunder was abnormally too strong. She thought beforehand that it was a disaster. "Gah! W-wait, there's... Is this a disaster?" She walks to the bedroom, where everyone is sleeping. She woke up everyone by shouting "Hey! Wake up! There's a dis-" "AAAHHHH! Don't just wake me up when I'm trying to have a good sleep, Sato!" Sai was screaming by fear, it's mostly that he's weak-minded. Everyone woke up, except Luka. She is a childish person who often likes to sleep. "Sai, calm down.
