Chapter 11: Utoko City: Afternoon

The squad was sitting in their own limousine, and Kinato writed to Kazai: "Should we explore around Utoko in case we find anything interesting?" Kazai replied "Sure! We don't know yet what the rest of Utoko looks like, except Kinato. Kinato may have explored some bits of them." "Yeah, that's a good idea!" Kano said in happiness. "Let's just walk around, we'll find something interesting, if there are some." Kazai said, and then walked around, untill everyone decided to walk with Kazai. 

Kazai walked the same way Kinato and Katasu walked in last night. They also found the same shop that Kinato and Katasu got items from last night, and Kazai decided to walk there. Everyone follows Kano's lead.

Kazai bought some card booster packs to gift for Kinato and Katasuri, and bought a collar, because Katasu said to Kazai in her direct messages that Katasu wants one. She also bought some flashlights for the whole squad, in case the lights suddenly turn off. Kazai ran back to the squad and said "Katasu! Kinato! I bought something for you!" and put the booster card packs in both of their backpacks, including their own flashlights. "Thanks, Kazai! I appreciate it!" They continued to walk, untill Kazai bumped into Ruku. Kazai asked Ruku: "Oh hey Ruku, is there an interesting place to visit? Maybe a library?" "Well um... Don't really know, b-" Ruku's talking was interrupted by a call, which seems to be a taxi driver. "What do you need? The taxi's here already?" Ruku said. "Yes, it's at the taxi station. see you there!" The taxi driver said. The taxi driver's gender seems to be a girl. "Well, I'll see you later." Ruku tried to politely go somewhere, and Kazai waved at Ruku. Kinato got a text from Zach, saying "I heard that your red-haired friend or something wants to go somewhere, so I reccomend going to somewhere called Utoko Training Center. Look left, I'm listening to redhair right now." Kinato typed back "Are you stalking me?" Zach typed "I'm not stalking you, remember last night?" Kinato typed "Oh right." Kinato then writed on a notebook and showed it to Kazai. "So the intersting place's the Utoko Training Center? Kinda awesome, actually." The squad walked to near the taxi station, and got a taxi for all of them. Meanwhile, Zach smiles and drives to his house near the alley he was met by Katasu, and decides to rest for the day.

Katasu and Kinato doesn't quite have any powers, so this is probably why Kazai got both of them there. The place seemed interesting, the entrance was some kind of a big door. Katasu and Kinato walked around like siblings, and goes to see what's interesting for them to train on. Katasu decided to train with an artificial robot to train combat with something as simple as a knife, and Kinato did the same as Katasu. The rest (except Kano, Mina and Satora) goes to practice gun aim.

An explosion occured, again. The squad goes outside and sees what happened. It happened in a bank, again. The squad ran to their limousine and Satora equipped the musket-like gun she obtained while in the small town. (please read chapter 2 for the context) And shot the girl in purple. Turned out, she was a different person than the girl who attacked at the high school. The enemy was really speedy, and phased through Satora to attack Katasu. Katasu was wearing the electric gloves, and the force of the girl's attack on Katasu made them put their hands on the enemy and electrocuted her, then Katasu made their move on the girl by stabbing her with the knife Katasu bought. She was hurt, and she decided to blast Katasu off using sound. Kazai quickly tried to call the police, but appears that the police is already here. Satora shot the girl again, and the dark matter bullets didn't hit. The girl can move at the speed of sound, so she fled away and blasted the police off. Kazai caught the girl using magical fire walls and pushed her back, then Mina slashed the girl with a claymore sword the perfect time the girl was knocked back, and Kinato threw a knife at the girl.

The girl was injured, but tried to fight back. She threw 2 knives at Kinato, but Kazai ran to Kinato to protect her. Kinato was stabbed, because the 2 knives moved at the speed of sound. The enemy used the power of aound to finish Kinato off, but her aim was so bad it blasted Kinato off instead. Kinato slid on the ground, and made a wound on her back. "Kinato!!" Katasu ran to Kinato, but Kano warned Katasu "Katasu! Don't run to Kinato or you'll get hurt!" Katasu still ran to Kinato anyway, and got hurt by the shockwaves the girl made.

[Notice] Discontinutation of Monochrome Blankness ('s current storyline)

I'm really sorry, everyone, if there is even anyone who reads my stuff. I wish to discontinue this novel project of mine due to a lot of reasons. Some of those reasons include me wishing to pursue further knowledge on game development, and to improve on my writing. I felt like the pacing of the chapters was way too fast, and the storywriting's quality is poor, which resulted in me being in an art block.  I also want to spend my time doing what I love, and maybe I'll come back to love writing again. It's up to your own interpretation on how the story ends, and I'll continue writing Side Stories or Extra Chapters here and then. Well, just so you know, Ambroise and Kazai are alive and well! From now on, I will be adding date and time to the chapters I write. It's gonna be a different story, yet I'll continue it in the universe that I built with love and care.
