Chapter 7: Utoko City: Evening

Kano ran to the beast and tries to electrocute it. The beast was sucessfully electrocuted, and it died. "I'm suprised on how easy this is, let's just get rid of the 2 people first." Kano quickly ran to the enemy at a fast pace, then tackled the person, but Kano got knocked back. "This is a problem, the beast made me underesitimate these guys..." Kano said. "Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa- They're so powerful! Even Kano can't defeat them! Kazani!!, come here!!!" Katasu said, then Kazai replied "I'll take care of them, back off." A water stream came from nearby Kazai's shoulders. It sweeped around the bank, and when the water stream disappeared, an enemy was choking on water. "Kano, electrocuting them will be more effective now! Haku, take care of the second person!" Kazai shouted, Kano ran to the first enemy, then Haku summoned a dark bow with a purple aura. Haku quickly shot the second person with his bow. Haku's bow is incredibly powerful, it put the person in coma. "How's the pure phosphorus arrow? Maybe your body isn't strong enough to handle that." Haku said in disappointment. Kano has already electrocuted the first enemy and killed him. "Well, that was kind of easy. I guess the disaster effects haven't affected much..." Haku said. "I know right! How easy was it? We managed to kill them in a few minutes!" Kano said. "Well, the guys in that animation show i liked killed them in a few minutes, so this is kind of normal..." Luka said to Haku. "Luka, can you even tell the differences between fantasy and real life?" Haku said to Luka while slightly angry. "Y-yes, Haku." Luka replied. "Well, Luka, let's go to other places. Katasu, you fluffy cat thing, come here, I'll help you stop being a mercury addict." Haku said, then asked Kano to give him Katasu's body. Haku carried Katasu to the car and healed Katasu. "Well, Kat-asu, feeling better now?" Haku asked Katasu about Katasu's health status. "Yes, Haku, where are we going next?" Katasu was curious. "We're staying here until the next day. So meanwhile, you can go buy some food if you want. See that child in the cage here?" Haku points at Kinato. "Wha- wha- who locked her up in a cage? And why?" Katasu was scared. "Kazai locked her up because she was trying to attack someone last night. She's calm now, so you can take her to buy some ice cream. The cage key is with me, so i'll just unlock the cage..." Haku unlocked the cage, and put Kinato up to Katasu's shoulder. "And there. Kinato's on your shoulder." Haku said. "She looks cute! Can she talk?" Katasu carried Kinato to put her down to the floor. In fact, Katasu is taller than Kinato, but not too tall. "Aaa?" Kinato said, then pointed at the ice cream shop. "Kinato can't talk. She's not quite mute, though. I think she wants ice cream now, so let me tell you, Kat-asu, Kinato's favorite ice cream flavor is strawberry." Haku talked to Katasu. Katasu let Kinato hold onto their wrist. "Waaahh!! SHE'S SO CUTE, NYA!!!!" Katasu screamed.

Katasu and Kinato walked to the ice cream shop.. "Well, haven't seen her for a long time. This girl's grown up really much since she was 9. So what ice cream do you want today?" The ice cream shop owner talked. He is a slim person with a red striped shirt. "Can I have 2 strawberry ice creams and 2 blueberry ice creams for my friend?" Katasu chose the ice cream flavor for themselves. The ice cream shop owner scooped the ice cream for Katasu and Kinato. "So, cat person, who are you? Do you know her?" "Of course yes! Also, my name's Katasuri Saino, I'm also a Naiko Middle School dropout. I don't quite have a gender, though. If you're asking, I don't really have a power, nya!" Katasu said. "So, Katasuri... If you need help, call me." The ice cream shop owner whispered to Katasu, and gave her a paper that contains the shop owner's phone number and name. Katasu secretly saved the phone number into their phone, and walked away waving goodbye. The ice cream shop owner also waved happily. Katasu ate the ice cream with Kinato in Satora's limousine. Kinato smiled at Katasu and gave a thumbs up to them for buying her ice cream. Katasu also smiled at Kinato. (they're not gonna be married lmao, don't ship, illegal ship)

[Notice] Discontinutation of Monochrome Blankness ('s current storyline)

I'm really sorry, everyone, if there is even anyone who reads my stuff. I wish to discontinue this novel project of mine due to a lot of reasons. Some of those reasons include me wishing to pursue further knowledge on game development, and to improve on my writing. I felt like the pacing of the chapters was way too fast, and the storywriting's quality is poor, which resulted in me being in an art block.  I also want to spend my time doing what I love, and maybe I'll come back to love writing again. It's up to your own interpretation on how the story ends, and I'll continue writing Side Stories or Extra Chapters here and then. Well, just so you know, Ambroise and Kazai are alive and well! From now on, I will be adding date and time to the chapters I write. It's gonna be a different story, yet I'll continue it in the universe that I built with love and care.

[10:34 PM July 8, 2026, Kazai's house] While everyone was sleeping, Satora was looking outside the window at Kazai's house while sipping some tea. There was suddenly a thunderstorm, and the thunder was abnormally too strong. She thought beforehand that it was a disaster. "Gah! W-wait, there's... Is this a disaster?"
