[Chapter 29: Pantorium Scythe]
It's the morning.
Luka walked out and looked at the statue. The crystal still isn't here.
An hour later, after everyone ate their breakfast, Kazai spots the crystal being dropped at the road, and she quickly snatched it and put it on the Statue of Natoruyo, but someone tackled her.
"Hey! Gimme that!" A mysterious man spoke, and then got shot by Satora. He still survived, and slashes his scythe at Satora.
It only cut her hair, since she barely dodged the scythe. Satora attacked the mysterious person by summoning several metal lines to pin the man on the spot. She spotted the name tag "Yushiro" on his shirt. The man looked like a young person.
Yushiro's scythe cutted the metal lines, and jumped up in the air. Satora caught Yushiro with her metal lines, like it was a spider web, but he managed to cut it anyway. His scythe is filled with blood.
"Hey, this scythe's made from real pantorium. Wouldn't you look at how pretty this scythe is? This is one of my favorite weapons to get rid of you suckers, ha!" After he said this, everyone got into the car and escaped. Yushiro managed to catch up, but he's slightly slower. Katasu tackled Yushiro quicker than he could even react, and disarmed him. Katasu pierced the opponent with their spear, enchanted by light. It made a hole in Yushiro's Body.
He just flinched a bit, then struck back with his scythe, almost cutting off Katasu's foot, but Katasu quickly tackled Yushiro, resulting in one of his ribs broken. The car stopped and Kazai quickly walked outside.
"What are you trying to do?" Kazai asked Yushiro, pointing a gun at him. Yushiro quickly used his scythe to cut off Kazai's leg. It actually got cut off, and Kazai's gun dropped. Kazai groans in pain, but while Yushiro wasn't looking, Sai used the sword that Kazai gave to him earlier to slash off the arm Yushiro used to hold the scythe. Luka then called Haku to heal her. "Ugh… Healing this annoying bitch again…" Haku said to himself.
Back then, Kazai used to try to be friends with Haku, but no matter what she did, Haku still isn't her friend. She does everything to get Haku's attention, and helps him whenever he's in trouble. Haku still calls Kazai an "annoying bitch" while she tries hard to be his friend. Everytime Haku insults Kazai, she cries more than anyone insulting her.
After Yushiro's arm was cut, he faints. Satora drags him to the secret prison room in the mobile hallways that Zach built just in case. Haku healed Yushiro, but confiscated his pantorium scythe. Kazai checked Yushiro's body, and the crystal was in his pocket.
Luka said "Hm…. What's a pantorium?" She's curious, because she's from the outside countries. Kinato quickly gets a book from her bookshelf, and shows Luka a page about the pantorium ore. "Huhhhh… It's a really strong material from Pantora? No wonder that scythe guy can cut through Satora's metal lines! I wish he could be our ally, though."
[Later that night]
Satora and Kazai are watching Yushiro in the secret prison room. "HEY! LET ME OUT!" shouted Yushiro, trying to break the bars with his hands.
''I'm not gonna let you out until you tell me why you snatched that crystal from me…" said Kazai.
"It's valuable stuff! I have a lot of debt and my creditors will sell my organs if I don't pay it on time!!"
"Well…" Kazai shrugged. "If you were to sell the crystal, they wouldn't let you sell it anyway. It belongs to the statue, Yushi."
"C-can you help me escape from my creditors? T-they're tracking me down!!!!"
"Well, I see you as an enemy but, sure, I guess." Kazai smiled only a little bit, then went outside to finally put the crystal in place.
The crystal changed color. Natoruyo was having a fever in Nami's car, then he woke up.
The light around the statue turns red, but it's not quite a bad thing, because it will turn red if a crystal is put in the statue's hand. "Finally, time to help Ritsurin out, but we can stay here for a while, it's not like no one's helping." Satora drives to the Monument of Fire, and looks at the fiery statue. There's a restaurant nearby, so Nami told everyone to eat their food there.
