Extra Chapter 3: The Balcony That Never Existed

There has been a rumor at Naiko School Dormitory [UNKOWN] a long time ago there was a humanoid supernatural being who lived outside the dorm's balcony, even though the balcony never existed in the first place. The students who lived there were shocked, and thought it was a being who was pressuring them to learn harder. After the test, they all got a low score, and they were terrified. How did they get the answers incorrect, even if they answered the correct answer? Did the teachers rig the test? Did he rig the test?

Of course, it was him, the bright, bloody, silent, and intimidating figure. He had something on them that he would never forgive. Suddenly, after every student in the dorm entered, the dorm door locked, and there was no way out, except to use extremely dangerous magic. The students would rather choose their life before the education, so in terror, they all proceeded to cast magic to destroy the room, but it was no use.

Only the room was messed up. It rained from inside the dorm, and that turned out to be a rain of blood. It took a second for them to notice that it was their blood, being sucked out of the body.

Panic, anxiety, and anger started to fill their minds, while the entity only felt satisfication, but was not satisfied enough.

The entity entered the room through the window, and turned a full-score test paper into a butcher knife; a very brutal knife for slashing enemies. It laughed, quietly. The students cried, loudly, as they were nearing their demise.

This was it.

This was what all their life is.

Salvation was not possible.

What did they do to deserve all of this?

[Notice] Discontinutation of Monochrome Blankness ('s current storyline)

I'm really sorry, everyone, if there is even anyone who reads my stuff. I wish to discontinue this novel project of mine due to a lot of reasons. Some of those reasons include me wishing to pursue further knowledge on game development, and to improve on my writing. I felt like the pacing of the chapters was way too fast, and the storywriting's quality is poor, which resulted in me being in an art block.  I also want to spend my time doing what I love, and maybe I'll come back to love writing again. It's up to your own interpretation on how the story ends, and I'll continue writing Side Stories or Extra Chapters here and then. Well, just so you know, Ambroise and Kazai are alive and well! From now on, I will be adding date and time to the chapters I write. It's gonna be a different story, yet I'll continue it in the universe that I built with love and care.

Chapter 1: The Beginning

[10:34 PM July 8, 2026, Kazai's house] While everyone was sleeping, Satora was looking outside the window at Kazai's house while sipping some tea. There was suddenly a thunderstorm, and the thunder was abnormally too strong. She thought beforehand that it was a disaster. "Gah! W-wait, there's... Is this a disaster?"
